a) Identify issues and mitigation measures associated with the design and use of housing other than energy consumption, that give rise to environmental problems.
(b) From your reading of the information coded in Figure (2-a&b) can you identify a particular group within the population that might be particularly at risk from cold housing health effects? What sort of health measure could you use to test your view?
